Terms & Conditions — 90ok Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 90ok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 90ok website located at https://90ok.bar and all related services, games, betting markets, and features offered therein.

By accessing the 90ok platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 90ok platform.

These Terms apply to all users of 90ok regardless of the device used (desktop browser, mobile browser, tablet) or the method of access. 90ok does not operate a downloadable native application; all services are delivered via the web platform.

To register and maintain an active account on 90ok, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.

• You must not already hold an existing 90ok account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed without notice.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or from which 90ok has expressly restricted access.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 90ok or any of its affiliated game providers.

90ok reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

90ok operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with responsible platform management practices. All users are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed. 90ok may also request KYC documentation at any time during the account lifecycle, including at account opening, prior to bonus activation, or during a withdrawal request.

Acceptable KYC documents include:

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Processing times are 1–4 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) under normal operating conditions. Card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed KYC verification.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• The withdrawal request must not be subject to an active investigation or security review.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method for the corresponding transaction where the platform requires source-of-funds matching.

90ok reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above ৳50,000. 90ok is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or national holidays in Bangladesh.

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms communicated at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all 90ok bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) will be stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fulfilled.

All bets placed on 90ok are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, or game in question. General betting rules applicable across the platform are set out below:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number has been issued by the 90ok system. Bets accepted in error (e.g., due to a system fault or manifest pricing error) may be voided at 90ok's discretion.
• Odds: All odds displayed on 90ok are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. In-play odds update in real time; the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before it is completed, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless settlement rules for that market specify otherwise.
• Maximum Stakes & Payouts: 90ok reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits on any market. These limits may vary by sport, event, and market type and will be displayed at the time of bet placement where applicable.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of 90ok's trading team is final. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of the relevant event settlement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 90ok platform. Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, monitor odds, or interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by 90ok.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate bet outcomes, share insider information, or exploit market inefficiencies through coordinated wagering.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional offers or guaranteed-profit betting across markets.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account or process a withdrawal.
• Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity through the 90ok platform.
• Registering more than one account for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming duplicate bonuses, or evading a self-exclusion or suspension.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated KYC documentation.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or misconfigured pricing for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a manifest error must be returned; 90ok reserves the right to void affected bets and reverse associated transactions.

Any unauthorised use of 90ok intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 90ok and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 90ok platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical errors.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that contain errors.
• Indirect financial losses, loss of opportunity, or loss of profit in connection with any betting activity.

90ok's total aggregate liability to any individual user, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

90ok collects and processes personal data provided during registration, KYC verification, and platform use in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the 90ok Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement.
